On January 29, 2016, 2015 HITE Control Annual Summary and the Awards Ceremony, themed “Make Progress and Create the Future Hand in Hand”, was held ceremoniously in Jiaxing Fuyue Hotel in Zhejiang. Nearly a thousand leaders and staff representatives from the corporation, various divisions and subsidiaries, and partners gathered together. The Ceremony reviewed and summarized the progressive year of 2015, discussed the opportunities and challenges under collaborative strategy, and looked forward to the coming 2016.

President Xu Hong of HITE Control delivered an important speech of "Collaboration and Progression". He pointed out that under the strategy of intelligent manufacturing, HITE intends to make intelligent manufacturing, high-power electronics and industrial electrical products distribution its three backbones with resource allocation and rational layout, and provide general EU and OEM users with the most competitive market-oriented intelligent manufacturing products and solutions by giving full play to synergistic effects of all aspects of R&D, S&M and service. President Xu stressed that under collaboration strategy, HITE Control would translate its proprietary technologies and products of all levels involved in intelligent manufacturing into overall solutions effectively. As he put it in the speech, the active collaboration strategy would string scattered pearls into a beautiful necklace. As for the company's business, a solid foundation would be laid for a sustainable and fast development based on initial successes in business pattern transformation.

General manager Guo Mengrong of HITE Control made the work report of “Collaboration, Deepening and Innovation”. In 2015, the company achieved a steady growth in annual income. Whereby, incomes of product sales and solutions (including engineering) of its proprietary brands increased by about 50%. New products sprung up to meet the market demand and new business models gained initial success. Huge achievements in developing new critical customers have been acquired too. To rise up to the crises and challenges of 2016, the company will allocate resources and build smart manufacturing sector to exert a synergistic effect, enhance business focusing and improve operational efficiency. Through continuous collaboration, deepening and innovation of 2016, we will transform and upgrade business patterns, and enhance our core competitiveness to maintain the rapid business growth.

General managers of Departments of System, Crane, Machine Electricity, Distribution and New Energy and general manager of HI-SCOM delivered passion-filled speeches respectively. In addition, advanced individuals and outstanding teams of 2015 and achievements made by "new products, new technologies, new applications" were awarded commendation ceremoniously.

During the dinner party, the staff's wonderful performances pushed the gathering to a climax. Their resonant and clear singing, strong dance steps and firm dreams showed predominance over hardship and pioneering spirit of HITE people.
